In these strange and uncertain times we are thankful to be able to continue making art and delivering it to our customers. Our print shop and frame shop are both fully functional with some minor slow downs due to extra safety precautions.
However we are noticing extended shipping times with all carriers. You may have already noticed this on your other favorite shopping websites, and we are no exception.
During checkout we have attempted to give accurate estimated delivery times. However it is hard to give exact dates during this ever changing situation. Your understanding and patience will be very much appreciated.
USPS
Our "Standard", "Free" and "No Rush" shipping options all use USPS (except for orders containing Gallery Frames, they are all UPS). We have seen significant slow downs with some deliveries taking as long as 2-4 weeks, with minimal or no tracking updates between initial drop-off and delivery. While others shipments only take a few days. So you should be aware that it is possible for your shipment to be delayed. We have been in constant contact with USPS and they are experiencing higher than normal volume and entire states (Illinois and Michigan) shutting down their distribution centers which is severely impacting delivery times.
UPS Ground
We have not experienced any major delays with UPS Ground yet. However slightly longer than normal delivery times are to be expected.
Expedited
For Expedited orders that are not Gallery Frames we use USPS Express. These shipments seem to still be at the top of the USPS priority list, and are usually delivering next day. However right now during COVID-19 no delivery dates currently can be guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.
Gallery Frames
All orders with Gallery Frames take longer to process because we make these frames custom when you buy them. Standard production + shipping time is around 3 weeks. All Gallery frames ship UPS Ground.
