Most orders placed within the last 30 days may be exchanged or returned. Framed art is custom made to order and cannot be returned. Reach out to info@50statesofbeauty.com to start the return process. Once your return is received, and accepted your refund will be processed. Refunds for returns will be on purchase price of items only. Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non refundable.
In the case of damaged items received please contact us. Typically damaged items do not need to be returned. Take photos of the damaged items, the packaging (even if it does not appear to be damaged) and the shipping label, and send to info@50statesofbeauty.com. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.
