Most orders for prints, and cards ship within 1 or 2 business days of the order being placed. We ship M-F. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will not ship until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
Orders that include framed prints have about a 2 week production time + shipping time, which usually results in receipt 3 weeks from order date. The production schedule may be extended if our frame shop experiences high volume. Each frame is made to order when you order it.
While we cannot guarantee any delivery dates this year, because of such high shipping volume across the board, use these dates as a guide to estimate arrival by December 24th.
December 6th - Last Day for Gallery Frame Orders
December 9th - Last Day for No Rush Shipping (non-frame orders)
December 14th - Last day for UPS Ground (non-frame orders)
December 20th - Last Day for Expedited Shipping (non-frame orders)
No Rush (14 Day Shipping) = USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We will pack your order immediately, but USPS is known for slowdowns, and a lack of tracking transparency. We can’t guarantee delivery times, but sometimes US mail packages deliver in only 3-5 days, but it is not uncommon to take up to 14 days. However, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks during peak rush.
Note on orders with only greeting cards: USPS processes flats much more quickly than our normal shipping tubes, often around 3 days. Choosing "No Rush" shipping with greeting cards can be a fast and affordable option.
UPS Ground =UPS Ground. Delivery time depends on proximity to Nashville TN. 3-7 days is the average. If you live in TN however No Rush (US Mail) might actually be faster and cheaper for you. If you live on the West Coast expect a full 7 days.
Expedited = US Priority Mail Express. We have found Express Mail to usually be dependable and for a reasonable price. However please note that the USPS is no longer guaranteeing overnight delivery. The Southeast and certain parts of the Midwest may receive next day delivery with this option. Northeast and Middle America 2 day. West Coast 3 day. However even with Expedited service no delivery dates can be guaranteed.
